1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", "Vendor", or "You") and Vyapari Service ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Portal"). By accessing, registering on, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using this portal.

2. Intermediary Platform Status

Vyapari Service operates strictly as an online B2B & B2C business directory, search portal, and lead matching intermediary in accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We do not manufacture, sell, store, warrant, or physically deliver any goods or services listed by vendors. Commercial agreements, delivery timelines, product quality, warranty, and payments occur entirely between the buyer and the vendor.

3. Vendor Obligations & Account Accuracy

Businesses registering on Vyapari Service agree to:

• Provide accurate, verifiable, and updated business information, including valid contact numbers and GST details (if applicable).
• Maintain full accountability for all product specifications, images, pricing, and service descriptions uploaded to their profile.
• Refrain from posting misleading pricing, fake certifications, or copyright-infringing media.
• Respect buyer privacy and use lead contact details strictly for fulfilling legitimate commercial inquiries.

4. Prohibited Items & Activities

Users and vendors are expressly forbidden from using the portal to list or promote:

• Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized trademarked goods.
• Hazardous materials, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or contraband banned under Indian Law.
• Spam requirements, automated scraping bots, or fraudulent reviews intended to distort directory ranking.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Lead Credits

Certain features (such as priority listing, verified badges, and lead credit packages) are accessible via paid subscription tiers. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST taxes.

Payments made for subscriptions, lead unlock credits, and listing promotions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyapari Service and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions, product disputes, payment defaults, or service deficiencies between buyers and vendors.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any vendor account or buyer access without prior notice if fraudulent conduct, repeated spam complaints, or violations of these Terms are substantiated.
